Appraisals Jennifer Kluwe has been working with our stores since May 2000. She is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America with a significant record of accomplishments in sales and client relations. Jennifer has certification and experience in grading and evaluating diamonds, colored stones and gem identification. She is a Certified Bench Technician, Advanced Stone Setter, and Certified to Identify Gold and Precious Metals. Prior to working for B. Anthony and The Gold Concept, Jennifer worked at the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) in Los Angeles, CA and Monteau Gemological Services in Woodland Hills, CA

Repairs and Creations Steve Shepherd has over 20 years experience in the field of making and repairing fine jewelry. He fabricates custom jewelry in platinum, gold and silver. Steve is an experienced graduate from the Gemological Institute of America with emphasis in advanced stone setting and jewelry design. In addition to his management and supervisory skills, he is an experienced plate and lapidary jewelry maker. He has experience working for Tiffany & Co. and many other companies throughout the state of CA. Steve offers specialized practical experience in repairing and creating jewelry of all types.
